Car Ranger

 

Mounted on either the front or back, this sensor quickly measures the distance to another vehicle with high resolution.  Ranging is delivered in an RS232 or frequency format from the single steel cased unit.  Uses for the sensor include:  platooning, collision avoidance, backup sensing, automated cruise control and traffic monitoring.
